This healthy cacao mousse is rich in magnesium
Magnesium is an essential mineral needed for many functions: cellular energy, stress-response support, electrolyte balance, muscle contractions, Vitamin D and calcium absorption, to name a few.
It is one of the most common mineral deficiencies in the Western world, but testing and supplementation are tricky and it is so much better to get from food.

Magnesium is a critical mineral, especially for us women. It can help with PMS and it helps support your adrenal glands in the menopausal phase. It is also fundamental for calcium absorption, essential for healthy and strong bones.
The benefits of this cacao mousse
Low in sugar but nutrient-dense this nourishing cacao mousse will help you retrain your taste buds to more “natural” flavors, and satisfy your craving for something sweet.
Can I have chocolate as part of a healthy eating plan?
Yes, absolutely, but you need to choose wisely. Stay away from industrially made chocolate bars, that are full of sugar and hormone and gut-disrupting additives, and go for 70% organic dark chocolate or homemade treats with raw cacao powder.
