I used to have wild sugar roller coasters.

I used to feel "hangry", snappy and moody, if I didn't eat every 3 hours.

Now...

My energy is steady as it is my mood.

I could go for hours without food if needed, without a change in my energy levels.

Here is the SECRET to beating your sugar addiction

Understand the WHY behind your cravings.

Once you know the WHY you can find a strategy to break the loops.

Let me be your guide.

Are you stuck in the diet cycle? If there is somet Are you stuck in the diet cycle?
If there is something that I do with my clients, is to help them break habit loops that keep them stuck in unhelpful behaviours.

The diet cycle is one of those...

1. Your desire to change and improve how you feel in your body is great.

The real problem is what happens next: restriction.

This is because for years you have been conditioned to think that "eat less, move more" is the way to long-lasting weight loss.

It is not. Well, it works in the short term, when you are high on motivation, but in the long run it backfires.

Research has shown that up to 80% of dieters regain weight and some.

This is because weight and appetite regulation are complex issues, regulated by a complex web of hormones, neurotransmitters, gut, and lifestyle choices.

Meal composition, nutrient density, food quality, and natural rhythms are actually more important than the old saying, "eat less, move more."

If you are tired of being stuck in this cycle, get in touch or book a FREE consultation with me. Link in BIO

Let's break this cycle together!

Natural spaces near the water are the best for red Natural spaces near the water are the best for reducing your cortisol levels and rebalancing your natural rhythms

This beautiful and peaceful beach is on Brač Island, in Croatia, where I spent some time after the pandemic.

Walking uphill, surrounded by nature, sunshine, the view of the sea, and the sounds of nature near this cosy but lively little village on the island of Brač was extremely healing for me.

Science back it up; phytoncides are plant-produced compounds believe to have beneficial effects on our health, lowering blood pressure, improving immunity, reducing inflammation, and lowering cortisol.

Combined with the cardiovascular benefits of walking uphill, daylight, and natural sounds, they provide the perfect setting for a nervous system reset.

If you feel burnout, organising a full weekend away near the sea or a lake could provide the perfect setting to recharge and reconnect with yourself. You don't need to travel abroad: the British coastline offers beautiful, peaceful scenery for a restorative break.

WHY do you eat? Are you hungry, thirsty, bored, an WHY do you eat?
Are you hungry, thirsty, bored, anxious, tired or lonely?

Do you eat because it is time to eat or because you are socializing?

Or because you feel a craving that you cannot resist?

It's not WHAT you eat; it's the WHY.

And just saying that you eat because you're stressed does not cut it.

It does not give enough information.
You need to dig a bit deeper.

Understanding the WHY is essential work that I do with my clients: the moment when you understand the patterns that run your behaviour.

Reconnecting with your hunger and fullness cues is Reconnecting with your hunger and fullness cues is the basis for balancing your hunger and fullness #hormones.

It all starts from there.

How much we eat is regulated by a complex mechanism that involves the gut, the brain, and the endocrine system, which is modulated by hormones, the chemical messengers of your body, including the now-famous GLP-1.

Leptin, ghrelin, insulin, glucagon, GLP-1, PYY, CCK, are others.

The first step is simply to notice and recognize your hunger and fullness signals.

Eat when you are HUNGRY; stop when you are FULL.

Eat when you are physiologically hungry: find a non-food coping mechanisms when you are stressed.

Need some help reconnecting to those hunger and fullness signals? DM or comment "hunger" to receive my Hunger Journal.

Simple, doable, intentional actions that can cumulatively create big results.

Nobody is asking you to go from rich, processed fo Nobody is asking you to go from rich, processed foods to go and live off salads!

But many of my clients do!

They are on their "best behaviour" living off salads and being so "healthy" during the day only to splurge or binge in the evenings on the "wrong foods".

Here is the truth...
Your taste buds and reward patterns in the brain don't get retrained only because you "force yourself to".

They are independent of your #willpower. Its bichemistry.

What works is finding a compromise that helps you slowly unwind those patterns, with food that you actually enjoy.

Good food is still part of the equation.

HAVE YOU TRIED INTUITIVE EATING WITHOUT FEELING TH HAVE YOU TRIED INTUITIVE EATING WITHOUT FEELING THE BENEFITS?
This is the reason why...

✨ Lack of nutritional and lifestyle education...✨

Yes, without proper nutritional or lifestyle education, Intuitive Eating is like navigating in the dark.

Without understanding how lifestyle impacts your weight, hunger, and fullness signaling, hormonal release, and energy levels, you will always be stuck and most likely struggling to manage your weight or cravings.

You will feel that "nothing works" for you...

That is the reason why nutritional and lifestyle education are central parts of both my Intuitive Eating Coaching and Emotional Eating Program.

And believe me, it does make a huge difference.

You will learn how to maintain your blood sugar balance without much effort,
confidently choose a meal when eating out, reducing food noise and stress around mealtime.

You will learn to make smart food choices for you and your family, and finally enjoy the food you eat.

Without stress, but with awareness.

You being in charge of food choices, not the food controlling you...
