What you need for this rocket, tomato and mozzarella salad
- Arugula
- Tomato
- Mozzarella
- Black olives
- EVOO
- Balsamic vinegar
- Oregano
How to choose a Balsamic vinegar
There are loads of balsamic vinegars out there, but my advice is to choose a “reduced” balsamic vinegar. It has much more taste and will need only a few drops for a great flavor. It will enhance any dish. My favorite is this one from La Vecchia Dispensa, expensive but worth every penny.
