Prendo lezioni di Pilates da Claudia da qualche mese e tr rovo straordinario il lavoro che fa con i suoi allievi. Non solo è un’insegnante attentissima e rigorosa, ma è anche creativa e versatile.
Le sue lezioni sono: efficaci: i loro effetti sono presto visibili e apprezzabili non solo sul corpo ma anche in termini di autopercezione e consapevolezza (per esempio della postura che tendiamo ad assumere, del portamento, di eventuali movimenti falsi); challenging’, senza però essere troppo faticose: Claudia è bravissima a portarti di volta in volta al limite delle tue possibilità, spostando il limite a ogni lezione, ma senza perdere in rigore e attenzione; (soprattutto) allegre e divertenti: per me, che detesto la routine della palestra, è stata un’esperienza inaspettata.
