02. Let’s chat
Once we established your goals and I will provide a suggestion for a suitable coaching plan.
03. Lifestyle Assessment
We will schedule a Full Lifestyle Assessment that includes Food, Mood, Sleep & Exercise Diaries.
04. Bi-weekly coaching sessions
I will see you for a 50 min bi-weekly health coaching session. You will leave every session with a strategy plan & in-between sessions support.
