My specially designed Pilates classes for women will tone every inch of the body, including your legs, bums, and arms, be gentle on your pelvic floor, and help you build muscle and bone strength.
Pilates is particularly indicated for women over 40s, because it stimulates the para-sympathetic system, helping lower your cortisol levels.

My Pilates method is honed by 14 years of teaching in London’s best studios and with a wide range of private clients.
With my Pilates private sessions and classes, you will tone every inch of your body, with a great balance between strength and flexibility.
I teach with a contemporary and functional approach, and every session is carefully designed around you and how you feel that day.
My teaching is influenced by mindfulness, somatic movement, fascial release, and movement integration.
My Pilates sessions are a great complement to my health coaching sessions helping you switch off from your daily life and reconnect with your body.

My experience
I have been teaching Pilates for over 14 years, in London, developing a loyal and high-profile clientele.
I have taught Pilates in physio clinics like Kensington Physio and Posture Dynamics in Westminster and I have covered in some of the most prestigious health clubs like Peak Club at Jumeirah Hotel and Chelsea Harbour Club.
I have been part of a handpicked team of Pilates and yoga teachers to teach to an international clientele of VIPs and high-flying executives for a few years.
I trained extensively in Pilates studio, Matwork, and Barre and I now use this experience to design creative Pilates sessions for women and for those who need spinal flexibility.

My online Pilates sessions and classes are available on their own or as part of my bespoke health coaching plans. You can book a single session or a block of five or ten. The first Pilates session, is a Postural & Movement Assessment where we can also talk more in details of previous injuries and areas of concern.
